Petra Klein is the state coach

The Executive Committee of the Deaf Sports Association of North Rhine-Westphalia (GSNRW) announces that from August 1, 2022, Petra Klein will start as a full-time state trainer and coordinator in the team of the Deaf Sports Association of North Rhine-Westphalia. The long-term efforts of the GSNRW have now borne fruit, so that the Sportstiftung NRW is supporting this position for the first time for two years.

Until now, Petra Klein was employed by the city of Solingen as a surveying technician. At the same time, Petra Klein trained as a voluntary athletics trainer over many years, from license C to the highest license as a DOSB diploma trainer. In her free time, she also trains club members, children and young people from the Talent Academy and national squad athletes. As a successful former competitive athlete, Petra Klein can pass on her extensive experience and knowledge to our athletes. The GSNRW team is very happy to have Petra Klein on board and says: Welcome!
